Liquid Asphalt Uses
The primary use of liquid asphalt is in the manufacture and construction of hot mix asphalt pavements. Asphalt is also emulsified for water-based construction materials. And it is used for roofing and other industrial applications. The asphalt should be stored and used at the recommended temperatures, and local overheating should be avoided. Periodically rolling tanks is a good way to avoid temperature segregation.
